01The service

Idlr signs in with your linked Steam accounts and marks games as “played” so playtime accumulates, optionally farms trading cards (Card Farmer) and offers extras such as the goal planner, auto-reply and statistics. Your PC doesn't need to be on.

We aim for continuous operation but can't guarantee it – for example during maintenance, Steam outages or limits imposed by Steam.

02Not affiliated with Valve · use at your own risk

Idlr is an independent service and is not affiliated with Valve or Steam. How Valve views automated idling is outside our control. You use Idlr at your own risk and are responsible for following Steam's rules.

03Your account

You need an account with a confirmed email address. Keep your login details secret; two-factor login is required to link Steam. Each Steam account can only be linked to one Idlr account. Your Steam password is never stored – only an encrypted login token you can revoke in Steam at any time.

Abuse – such as multiple accounts to get free hours or rewards more than once, attacks on the service or harassing others – leads to a ban.

04Packs and hours

Packs are one-time purchases with an hour quota (Lifetime: unlimited). One boost hour with several games at once uses one hour per game. What a pack includes (games at once, number of Steam accounts, Card Farmer, etc.) is listed on the pricing page. Time-limited packs (e.g. rewards) end on the stated date. Packs are not transferable.

Purchases are made via a support ticket and paid with PayPal. We activate the pack once the payment has arrived.

As a digital service that starts immediately, any right of withdrawal expires once we have started or fully provided the service with your consent, to the extent permitted by law.

05Rewards and promotions

Free hours, invite rewards, server boost rewards and giveaways are voluntary. We may change or end them; they can be revoked in case of abuse.

06Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for actions taken by Valve (e.g. restrictions on a Steam account).

07Termination and deletion

You can have your account deleted at any time (ticket at idlr.eu/support). We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

08Changes and law

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
